How Does the COVID Screener Tool Work?

Once you have uploaded your logo and selected your colours, your customized COVID Screener tool is ready for use in as little as 15 minutes. Upon completion, you’ll be sent an introductory email walking you through each feature of the tool, as well as how to manage entries through the administration screen.

Using the Screening Tool is quick and easy. Any staff member, patient, or visitor to your clinic will scan your displayed QR code with their smart phone to access the screening questionnaire. Completing the assessment only takes a few clicks, and upon submission a unique ID is generated. The administrator logs this ID into their screen to review the assessment responses, as well as input any additional information such as the temperature. In the event of an outbreak, the assessment log is easily exported and downloaded in excel format to make contact tracing as efficient as possible.
