Upon completion, check your inbox for an introductory email detailing how to use each component of your tool, including how to manage all entries through the administration screen.

Using the Screening Tool is quick and easy. Staff or visitors scan your displayed QR code with their smart phone to access the screening questionnaire. The assessment takes only a minute to complete, and upon submission a unique ID is generated. The administrator logs this ID into their screen to view responses and input additional information where necessary (i.e. temperature readings). At any point, the daily log of assessment entries can be exported in excel format for contact tracing purposes.
